Description:

Fidelity Canada is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Software Developer to join its CRM Support Group within the IS Division. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and support of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Event Management applications, primarily Salesforce and Marketo, in a fully remote work environment. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about full-stack development, have a strong foundation in Salesforce technologies, and are eager to grow in a collaborative and forward-thinking organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop components using LWC (Lightning Web Components), Apex, and Visualforce on the Salesforce platform.

  • Build and maintain Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM dashboards and components.

  • Configure and develop solutions in Marketo for event management.

  • Lead estimation, design documentation, and implementation of CRM/Event Management solutions.

  • Ensure timely, efficient, and error-free code deployment through unit testing and collaboration with IS/business teams.

  • Engage in planning, execution, and upgrades of CRM/marketing tools.

  • Provide on-call support for Salesforce and Marketo, resolving incidents and handling enhancements.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate technical concepts and deliver impactful presentations or demos.

  • Promote continuous improvements in processes and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of full-stack development experience in Java and JavaScript.

  • Experience in web services development and full software development lifecycle.

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform, including development with LWC, Apex, Visualforce.

  • Experience with Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM is highly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of SaaS architecture, CRM, and event management systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Proven leadership abilities and team collaboration skills.

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Salesforce Service/Financial Cloud, and Marketo.

  • Understanding of the mutual funds industry is a plus.

Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II certification is preferred.
