Description:
We are looking for an experienced, highly creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team and drive engagement across our digital platforms. This role focuses on short-form video content production using existing assets, with a strong emphasis on strategic editing, platform optimisation, and performance-driven publishing.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and edit 3 high-quality reels daily using existing content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.
- Publish content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and TikTok with platform-optimised formatting.
- Develop data-driven titles, captions, and copywriting designed to maximise reach, engagement, and audience interaction.
- Implement best practices for short-form video including hooks, pacing, subtitles, trending audio, and retention optimisation.
- Monitor performance analytics and continuously refine content strategy based on engagement metrics.
KPIs & Success Metrics
- Increased engagement rates across platforms (likes, shares, saves).
- Primary KPI: growth in meaningful audience interaction, particularly comments.
- Consistent posting cadence and measurable improvements in content performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media content creation and video editing (short-form preferred).
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and audience behaviour.
- Proficiency with editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or equivalent).
- Ability to repurpose existing assets creatively while maintaining brand consistency.
- Analytical mindset with experience using social insights to inform content decisions.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on engagement-driven messaging.
