Canada House of Resilience Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting new immigrants as they settle in Canada. The Volunteer Associate on Social Media contributes to online engagement, content creation, and the organization’s digital presence. This role helps strengthen community outreach and supports the mission of empowering immigrants through accessible resources and personalized support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with social media management and community engagement.

  • Create and schedule social media posts across platforms.

  • Develop content plans aligned with organizational goals.

  • Conduct research on relevant topics to support content creation.

  • Analyze social media metrics and campaign performance.

  • Collaborate onsite with the team while having flexibility to work remotely.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and research skills.

  • Knowledge or experience in media planning and marketing.

  • Analytical skills for evaluating social media metrics and engagement.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms, tools, and analytics software.

  • Ability to collaborate and adapt in a hybrid work environment.

  • Interest in community resilience and social impact initiatives is an asset.
