Social Campaign Manager

 

Description:

KINESSO, the performance marketing agency within IPG Mediabrands, is looking for a Campaign Manager, Social to oversee the overall performance and execution of digital campaigns. The role will support the Communications Design team and help develop best-in-class solutions and recommendations that drive media campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Communications Design team with insights to inform proposals, decks, and recommendations.

  • Develop and deliver client reports using available technology platforms and services.

  • Stay updated on the latest tools and tech solutions for digital media strategies.

  • Manage campaign set-up and execution, including creative calendars and budgets.

  • Ensure consistency of ad specs and campaign objectives across platforms.

  • Facilitate direct response campaigns and manage tagging processes.

  • Pull reports, analyze data, and present insights to clients and stakeholders.

  • Monitor and manage KPIs for client campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

  • Assist in training Associates on media tools and processes.

  • Help source proposals from media partners and manage invoice clearing and budget.

  • Regularly evaluate campaign performance and ensure optimization and flawless execution.

Qualifications:

  • Professional or educational background in Marketing or Advertising is beneficial.

  • Entry-level to associate experience in digital media or advertising.

  • Previous experience in an advertising agency or with a media partner is a plus.

  • Full understanding of digital channels and experience with media platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

  • Knowledge of trafficking and website tagging processes is an asset.

  • Strong passion for data, emerging media, and technology.

  • Client service-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving approach.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
