Social And Marketing Coordinator

We’re excited to be growing our team at Mernova Medicinal Inc. and are looking for a creative, organized, and hands-on Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join us on-site in Windsor, NS.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating social media and marketing content, designing merchandising and promotional materials, working closely with products and teams, and seeing their work come to life across retail, events, and digital platforms.

What You’ll Do?
*Create, review, and manage daily content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others)
*Develop content for promotions, virtual products, and province-specific listings
*Manage product photography for retail markets, including buds, packaging, and promotional visuals
*Design marketing and merchandising assets such as signage, shelf materials, digital/web banners, stickers, and print-ready files
*Create mock-ups, labels, and product templates for social media and retail use
*Support pop-ups, conferences, and events by preparing booth designs and marketing materials
*Coordinate and track marketing projects, timelines, approvals, and province-by-province rollouts
*Maintain and update website content, sell sheets, presentations, and marketing decks
*Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support listings, promotions, and social media optimization
*Monitor messages and interactions, maintaining positive public relations and timely follow-up
*Stay current with social media trends, tools, best practices, and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For?
*Experience with Canva and Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator is an asset)
*Strong organizational, time-management, and project coordination skills
*Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
*Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
*Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
*Solid technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly
*Interest in branding, merchandising, and content creation
*Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, cannabis industry regulations
