Description:
eBay is seeking a dedicated Ad Operations Specialist to manage and optimize lower-funnel social and display advertising campaigns. The role focuses on improving the visibility and sales of eBay’s products by executing, monitoring, and analyzing campaigns while collaborating across teams within the Performance Marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute, optimize, and monitor lower-funnel social and display ad campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement
Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide data-backed insights for improvement
Develop and implement testing strategies, particularly for dynamic product ads
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising with eBay’s broader marketing strategies
Quantify the business impact of advertising initiatives using advanced analytics
Communicate campaign results, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or related field preferred
3–5 years of experience in social and display ad campaign operations
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, other social media channels)
Proficiency in analytics and testing methodologies in digital marketing
Experience with data visualization and analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, or similar)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships
