Description:

FCC Canada, a subsidiary of the global infrastructure leader FCC Construcción, is seeking a Site Administrator to support the Scarborough Transit Connect (STC) project, a joint venture with Aecon delivering the Scarborough Subway Extension – Stations, Rails, and Systems (SSE-SRS) package in collaboration with Metrolinx. This major initiative aims to enhance public transit in Toronto by extending the TTC Line 2 subway nearly eight kilometers into Scarborough, significantly improving commute times and regional accessibility.

As a Site Administrator, you will play a vital support role in one of Canada’s most transformative infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for facilitating smooth project operations through procurement, office and site supply management, documentation control, and coordination with safety and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order and manage office/site supplies, materials, and equipment.

  • Create requisitions and generate purchase orders.

  • Coordinate and maintain a delivery schedule for all incoming materials.

  • Process supplier invoices and assist in approval workflows.

  • Track procurement and equipment usage for the project.

  • Assist Safety Advisors with PPE inventory and distribution.

  • Maintain project documentation and contact lists.

  • Handle staff timesheets and provide administrative support to the project team.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • A minimum of 2 years in administrative roles; exposure to customer service is advantageous.

Job Requirements:

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey and clarify information effectively.

  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information.

  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities with a sense of urgency.

  • Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.

  • Professionalism, patience, and reliability are essential traits.
