Description:

We are currently hiring a part-time customer service representative/shipper & receiver for our Brantford office. This job is Monday-Friday 10am to 4pm, the position will require you to be able to fill in and cover full time hours some days (8am-5pm). We are seeking someone that can work as a team member in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent communication skills. Applicants must also be able to problem solve and multitask using prioritized time management.

CSR Responsibilities

• Be a part of our inside sales team reporting to the office manager
• Dealing directly with customers and our outside sales team either by phone, email or face to face
• Build and maintain business relationships with customers by providing prompt and accurate service
• Provide pricing and delivery information
• Provide quotes as required by sales team and/or customers
• Process orders and customer requests
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

Shipping/Receiving Responsibilities

• Receiving daily incoming shipment
• Prepare and ship products as scheduled
• Responsible for inventory accuracy
• Investigate any discrepancies
• Run stock counts

Qualifications

• High school or college diploma
• Previous CSR experience
• Previous shipping and receiving experience
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft excel, word and outlook
