Servicing Advisor

Description:

CA Financial Services Inc. is hiring a Servicing Advisor to provide sales and administrative support to clients. The role involves understanding client needs related to insurance and wealth management, offering personalized financial solutions, and supporting clients in account applications and transactions for life insurance and wealth products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored financial advice.

• Prepare and complete new account applications and ongoing transactions for life insurance and wealth products.

• Prospect and build your own individual client base while supporting existing clients.

• Maintain detailed notes of client meetings, conversations, and decisions.

• Follow up promptly to complete all post-meeting documentation and forms.

• Handle account opening tasks including Risk Questionnaires, Know Your Client (KYC), Know Your Product (KYP) forms, and purchase/transfer instructions.

• Complete ongoing trades such as purchases, redemptions, and switches as directed by clients.

• Identify optimal financial solutions for clients’ insurance and wealth needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must hold both Mutual Funds and Life & Accident & Sickness licenses, or be willing to obtain within 6 months of hire.

• Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset.

• Proficient with computers, especially Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, etc.).

• Quick learner with ability to take ownership of responsibilities.

• Strong problem-solving, business writing, and interpersonal skills.

• High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and discretion with confidential information.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning.

• Flexible availability of at least 30 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends for client meetings.
