Panda Restaurant Group, one of the largest family-owned American Chinese restaurant chains in the world, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Team Associates to join its Calgary, AB location. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As a Service Team Associate, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for every guest, ensuring that each visit to Panda Express is memorable. You will handle a variety of duties ranging from food preparation to customer service and cash handling, all while maintaining operational and food safety standards.
Provide excellent dining experiences by greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
Follow Panda’s Operations Standards and Safety Procedures to consistently deliver fresh, high-quality meals.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and adapt to different workstations such as front counter, drive-through, or kitchen.
Collaborate effectively with teammates to achieve daily goals while fostering a fun, positive, and supportive workplace atmosphere.
Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented personality.
Previous operations or restaurant experience is an asset, but not required.
Some high school education preferred.
Food Handler Certification may be required depending on local regulations (can be obtained after hiring at your own expense).
Ability to stand for long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work efficiently in a hot, noisy, and fast-paced environment.
