Description:
Raymond James Ltd., Canada's leading independent investment dealer, is seeking a Service Offering Coordinator to support the smooth operation of the team and deliver excellent client experiences. The role emphasizes humility, empathy, and a commitment to excellence, with a focus on the well-being and development of team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement processes to ensure consistent delivery of client experience and best practices.
Review and refine service offerings.
Provide coverage for co-worker absences and assist with team role development.
Liaise with business managers to ensure team needs are met.
Manage the Advising team website and various social media profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter).
Support marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media, and website content.
Assist Financial Advisors in business growth.
Conduct market intelligence research and assist with marketing events, seminars, and client meetings.
Track and follow up on opportunities.
Pursue professional development through courses as required for regulatory purposes.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
Knowledge of fundamental investment concepts, practices, and procedures.
Familiarity with compliance practices and regulations.
Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and other online marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, social media) is an asset.
Good working knowledge of Raymond James Ltd.'s internal processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new applications.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume, demanding environment while maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.
Strong communication and relationship management skills (face-to-face, email, videoconferencing, telephone).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:
Post-secondary education required.
Minimum 3 years of industry-related experience.
Experience in investment brokerage, financial services, banking, or accounting industry is an asset.
Licenses/Certifications:
Required Investment Representative licensing (Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook).
Registered Representative licensing and completion of the Wealth Management Essentials Course are preferred.
