Service Offering Coordinator

 

Description:

Raymond James Ltd., Canada's leading independent investment dealer, is seeking a Service Offering Coordinator to support the smooth operation of the team and deliver excellent client experiences. The role emphasizes humility, empathy, and a commitment to excellence, with a focus on the well-being and development of team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement processes to ensure consistent delivery of client experience and best practices.

  • Review and refine service offerings.

  • Provide coverage for co-worker absences and assist with team role development.

  • Liaise with business managers to ensure team needs are met.

  • Manage the Advising team website and various social media profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter).

  • Support marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media, and website content.

  • Assist Financial Advisors in business growth.

  • Conduct market intelligence research and assist with marketing events, seminars, and client meetings.

  • Track and follow up on opportunities.

  • Pursue professional development through courses as required for regulatory purposes.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of fundamental investment concepts, practices, and procedures.

  • Familiarity with compliance practices and regulations.

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and other online marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, social media) is an asset.

  • Good working knowledge of Raymond James Ltd.'s internal processes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new applications.

  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail skills.

  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume, demanding environment while maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills (face-to-face, email, videoconferencing, telephone).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education required.

  • Minimum 3 years of industry-related experience.

  • Experience in investment brokerage, financial services, banking, or accounting industry is an asset.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Required Investment Representative licensing (Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook).

  • Registered Representative licensing and completion of the Wealth Management Essentials Course are preferred.
