Description:

SAP is seeking an experienced SAP Sales & Service Cloud Consultant to join its dynamic Consulting and Professional Services team. This full-time, Toronto-based role involves delivering innovative, client-focused solutions using SAP’s latest cloud technologies, specifically the Sales and Service Cloud (V1/V2). The ideal candidate is passionate about driving transformation, collaborating across teams, and applying strategic thinking to solve real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver SAP Sales & Service Cloud solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with best practices and customer requirements.

  • Participate in all project phases including design, configuration, build, testing, deployment, and support.

  • Provide thought leadership and consultative guidance in CRM processes like Lead-to-Cash, Retail Execution, Opportunity & Account Management, and Customer Service Management.

  • Work closely with delivery leads, technical teams, and client stakeholders to implement scalable and effective SAP solutions.

  • Configure Sales & Service Cloud functionalities, UI concepts, code list mappings, Key User Tools, and perform offline configurations.

  • Design and implement extensions using BTP Extension Framework; work on side-by-side integrations with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BTP IS, SAP CX (Commerce, Marketing, Analytics Cloud), and other enterprise platforms.

  • Drive integration and service setup with external systems, ensuring data consistency and performance.

  • Support fit-gap analysis, quality assurance, and establish solution roadmaps for clients.

  • Guide and lead development teams across different global time zones, ensuring synchronized delivery and performance.

  • Build long-term client relationships and support license sales by contributing to business cases and architecture planning.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience configuring SAP Sales & Service Cloud solutions.

  • At least 5 full lifecycle implementations of SAP Sales & Service Cloud (V1/V2).

  • Strong consulting presence and the ability to handle complex engagements, escalations, and executive meetings.

  • In-depth experience in SAP ecosystem including SAP BTP, S/4HANA, ECC, and CX solutions.

  • Experience in service integration, custom extension builds, and partner applications such as MindTouch, Synch, Annex Cloud, Vertex, etc.

  • Strong grasp of programming and scripting languages including ABAP, ABSL, Python.

  • Previous experience in CRM software implementations and Sales & Service processes.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field; SAP certifications in Sales & Service Cloud preferred.

  • Calm, solution-oriented professional demeanor with strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
