Description:

VTRAC Consulting Corporation is seeking a highly skilled SAP Manager to lead the SAP technology platform. As the SAP Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire SAP ecosystem, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud products, and Integrated Business Planning. This leadership role requires you to drive technological innovation, align SAP solutions with business goals, and manage the complete SAP product lifecycle, from design to implementation and support. You will be working closely with a dynamic team and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize business processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Leadership: Oversee SAP architecture, integrations, and support for SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud products, and SaaS/IaaS solutions.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute SAP roadmaps that align technology with organizational goals and business value.

• Full Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete SAP lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Team Development: Lead and develop the SAP Services and Support team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation across SAP services to ensure efficient utilization and optimal delivery.

• Vendor and Budget Oversight: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to budgets.

• SAP Optimization: Enhance business processes using SAP Integrated Business Planning, Basis management, and SAP Cloud solutions.

• Compliance and Security: Enforce quality, privacy, and security policies, ensuring audit compliance and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of IT management experience, including leading cross-functional teams.

• 7+ years managing an SAP Centre of Excellence, including expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud products, and Integrated Business Planning.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with programming/coding in SAP environments.

• Proficiency in SAP Basis management, SaaS/IaaS, and cloud application integration.

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and project management.

• Proven leadership skills and ability to foster collaboration and innovation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
