Description:

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $20.60.

Job Duties Include
 

• Take ownership of guests dining experiences, providing a professional yet attentive rapport, attending to their requests
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Exceptional service, with knowledge of wines and specials
   

Qualifications
 

• Previous service experience in a fine-dining establishment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
