Senior Ux Designer

Description:

Huntel Global is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join a well-established and trusted organization in Toronto, ON (Hybrid). As part of this role, you will drive user-centered design processes for high-impact projects and work on solutions that shape the digital experience.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Design solutions using UX best practices with a strong focus on mobile-first and responsive design.
✅ Lead and facilitate user research and usability testing, producing:

• User Interview Topic Maps
• User Interview Scripts
• User Research Findings Reports
  ✅ Utilize UX design tools such as JustInMind, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Axure, Figma, and Zeplin.
  ✅ Work within an Agile (Scrum) framework, ensuring designs align with best practices and product goals.
  ✅ Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
  ✅ Support accessibility compliance testing to ensure inclusive digital experiences.
  ✅ Develop and implement strategies to overcome resistance to change during all project stages (Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live).
  ✅ Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to deliver high-quality UX solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔️ 10+ years of experience in UX design with a strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
✔️ 3+ years of experience in large-scale complex projects.
✔️ Expertise in UX software tools: Figma, Sketch, Axure, Zeplin, Adobe Creative Cloud, InVision, JustInMind.
✔️ Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JS (React, Angular, NodeJS) is a plus.
✔️ Strong experience in user research, usability testing, and accessibility compliance.
✔️ Degree or diploma in Graphic Design (or certification in Usability, Human-Computer Interaction, Technical Writing is a plus).
