Senior Technical Program Manager

Description:

Unity is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join their Advertising team. This role involves establishing how technical programs are run and monitored across Unity’s Ads portfolio. You will work closely with a small team of Technical Program Managers across the Americas and EMEA regions. The role is within the Product and Technology organization, providing visibility into the product roadmap and ensuring timely and efficient program delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to establish, optimize, and maintain processes and procedures to improve efficiency related to roadmap delivery.

• Ensure successful program delivery by providing stakeholders with metrics on progress and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Apply your expertise in SDLC and Agile methodology to guide and support stakeholder teams throughout the program lifecycle.

• Align stakeholders by managing program scope, schedules, and navigating changes.

• Use program management tools such as Airtable to track and report on program progress, risks, and roadblocks.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong leadership skills, including building relationships, providing feedback, active listening, and driving alignment.

• Proven experience in managing programs and projects within Product or Engineering organizations.

• Success in managing large-scale, cross-functional teams and delivering programs on schedule.

• Expertise in SDLC and Agile methodology, with a deep understanding of program and project management best practices.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, quickly adapt to change, and make informed decisions.

Additional Desired Qualifications:

• Proficiency in program and project management tools such as JIRA and Airtable. Experience with Airtable Automation is a plus.

• Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and reporting.

• PMP or equivalent certification in program and project management is an asset.
