Senior Technical Consultant

Description:

Seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Senior Technical Consultant with strong implementation and application support experience. Candidate will handle full lifecycle delivery, integrations, and technical development within PeopleSoft HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support PeopleSoft HCM (v9.2) including upgrades.
• Perform requirement gathering, impact analysis, development, testing, and production rollout.
• Design and build integrations between PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors using Integration Broker / MuleSoft / REST & SOAP APIs.
• Prepare technical and functional design documentation.
• Work with stakeholders and global teams.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years in PeopleSoft HCM Technical.
• Minimum 2 PeopleSoft HCM project implementations with full lifecycle experience.
• Strong hands-on with:
• PeopleCode
• Application Engine
• Application Packages
• Component Interface
• PS Query
• Application Designer
• Application Broker
• Integration experience: SuccessFactors, MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs.

Preferred Skills:

• Agile and SDLC knowledge.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with technical & business teams independently.
• Experience working in global delivery environments.
