Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation & Business Growth:

  • Monitor KPIs and sales performance daily.
  • Set and implement sales targets for the team.
  • Lead by example in customer engagement and sales techniques.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue and increase customer loyalty.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, networking and attending city events to enhance business presence.

Retail Operations & Store Management:

  • Ensure compliance with store operation manuals and company policies.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock control, and fiscal inventory.
  • Manage customer service issues and resolve escalations professionally.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance.

People Development & Leadership:

  • Hire, onboard, and train new employees in collaboration with HR.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales leaders and associates.
  • Conduct monthly one-on-one performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Foster a team-driven, high-performance culture.
  • Develop clear succession plans and identify potential future managers.

Visual Merchandising & Brand Representation:

  • Ensure consistent store presentation and adherence to merchandising guidelines.
  • Represent the brand professionally in appearance and communication.
  • Provide feedback to head office regarding visual merchandising improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4-5 years of experience in a retail managerial role (Big Box or boutique setting).
  • Strong sales and customer service acumen.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and KPI management.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams.
  • Ability to recruit and onboard top talent effectively.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for retail, brand representation, and customer experience.
