Description:
We are looking for a Senior Solutions Designer – CRM with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce and OmniStudio (Vlocity).
This role focuses on designing, configuring, and integrating Salesforce solutions, ensuring AODA compliance, and supporting enterprise CRM implementations in an Agile environment.
✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce design, development, and configuration
- Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant (Mandatory)
- Strong experience with OmniStudio / Vlocity (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
- 3+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with Salesforce Dynamic Forms
- Proven experience in Salesforce integrations (APIs / web services)
- Experience implementing AODA-compliant solutions
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, and platform capabilities
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support
