Description:

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive to lead strategic engagements for Customer and Industry Workflow Solutions in Toronto. The ideal candidate will support the strategy and solution win for specialty solution areas, collaborate with account teams, and drive the digital transformation journey for customers. Responsibilities include supporting territory strategy, coaching Account Executives (AEs) and other sales staff, providing insights into the return on investment for specialty solutions, and ensuring alignment with Now Value principles. The role also involves collaborating with customers and partners to develop strategies that align with digital transformation goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting territory strategy and planning to enhance vertical agreements and account targeting.

  • Partnering with account teams to envision and implement digital transformation strategies.

  • Coaching and mentoring AEs, ADRs, and ACEs in identifying solution opportunities.

  • Interlocking with technical teams to agree on the roadmap and ensure success in solution delivery.

  • Promoting diversity and belonging within the team to create an inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.

  • 7+ years of experience leading solution wins in specialty solutions areas.

  • Experience as an Account Executive (AE) or in a similar sales/customer service role.

  • Strong understanding of business sales processes.

  • Ability to travel 30-50% of the time.
