Pharmacia2Go is seeking a reliable and experienced Logistics Supervisor & Delivery Driver to manage and support our healthcare delivery operations in Edmonton.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining delivery execution, dispatch coordination, driver supervision, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining high service standards.
Important:
This is not a standard parcel delivery role (e.g., Amazon, Temu, or food delivery). You will be working within a regulated healthcare environment, handling prescription medications that require:

- Strict adherence to delivery protocols
- Strong attention to accuracy, privacy, and compliance

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Supervision
- Oversee and manage daily delivery operations
- Act as the on-ground supervisor for drivers
- Monitor performance and ensure compliance with company standards
- Conduct daily team check-ins and operational briefings
Dispatch & Route Management
- Plan, organize, and optimize delivery routes
- Handle dispatching and real-time adjustments
- Manage urgent and time-sensitive delivery requests
Delivery Execution
- Complete deliveries when required
- Follow up on failed or returned deliveries
- Ensure all deliveries meet service and compliance standards
Client & Pharmacy Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for pharmacy clients
- Handle client requests, issues, and escalations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Driver Coordination
- Follow up with drivers throughout the day
- Ensure alignment with procedures and expectations
- Support onboarding and guidance of new drivers
Accountability & Handling
- Manage and reconcile collectibles (payments/items)
- Ensure proper handling of sensitive healthcare deliveries
Reporting & Communication
- Provide updates to management on operations and performance
- Participate in weekly operational meetings
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
Requirements & Qualifications (Mandatory)
- Proven experience in logistics, delivery operations, or dispatching
- Previous supervisory, team lead, or coordination experience is required
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (mandatory)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage teams and handle client interactions professionally
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using mobile apps, GPS, and dispatch systems
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of operations
