Senior Solution Architect

Description:

Hitachi Solutions, a global Microsoft solutions integrator, is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join their dynamic team. The Senior Solution Architect will work as a leader within the Delivery Go To Market team, driving the solution sales process from inception through to close. This role involves working closely with the Sales team to ensure that proposed solutions align with customer needs and are effectively carried through the delivery process.

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will help clients define their requirements and develop customized solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that solutions meet client needs, offering guidance to internal teams, and collaborating with clients’ IT leadership and the C-suite.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to define business application solutions and reference architectures.

• Translate customer requirements into innovative Dynamics 365 cloud solutions.

• Develop and deliver conceptual solution blueprints during the sales process.

• Lead client meetings, gather information, and guide project scope definition.

• Contribute to crafting sales deals and ensuring end-to-end solution delivery.

• Provide leadership during project initiation, blueprint phase, and ongoing communication through project delivery.

• Ensure alignment of the logical solution with the conceptual solution throughout the delivery process.

• Support customer satisfaction through effective communication and project reviews.

• Lead pre-sales activities, including deal estimation, resource planning, and proposal presentations.

• Mentor internal teams, contribute to refining communication and delivery processes, and identify opportunities for automation.

• Travel up to 50% annually to support sales and delivery efforts.

Qualifications:

• Mastery of Dynamics 365 solutions, including design, architecture, configuration, and deployment for Finance, Supply Chain, Project Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights.

• 8+ years’ experience delivering complex enterprise solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics or similar solutions.

• 4+ years of experience leading pre-sales activities and performing deal cost estimation and resource planning.

• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

• Familiarity with Power Platform, Power Apps, Data/AI, Customer Insights, and Power BI is preferred.

• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical and business concepts to various stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a problem-solving attitude.

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

• Certification in relevant Microsoft disciplines preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $162,000 - $247,000 CAD annually.
