Senior Salesforce Developer

Description:

Tamanna Technology is seeking a Senior Salesforce Omnistudio Developer with a strong background in the insurance domain and a deep understanding of Salesforce platform development. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Salesforce and Vlocity (now OmniStudio) and be capable of driving end-to-end development including system integration, custom application development, and production support.

This contract-based hybrid role located in Mississauga, ON requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to work across multiple business initiatives while developing Salesforce-based solutions that meet complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical analysis, design, development, unit testing, configuration, and implementation for Salesforce integrations and customizations.

• Manage all technical components of Salesforce including data migration, data quality, system integrations, and third-party applications.

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications and business solutions to meet user needs.

• Write, analyze, test, and implement high-quality, scalable code in compliance with technical specifications.

• Lead Salesforce integration development, using best practices and deployment/testing methodologies.

• Ensure robust version control, code backup, recovery protocols, and compliance processes.

• Develop and maintain connectors and integrations between Salesforce.com and external applications.

• Provide technical leadership and enforce best development practices across the team.

• Create technical documentation that translates business requirements into implementable solutions.

• Participate in planning and scoping of CRM-related initiatives and projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.

• Hands-on experience with OmniStudio components such as Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, OmniScripts, Vlocity Actions, Document Templates, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).

• At least 3 years of experience in Web development or related technologies.

• Proficient in Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), Visualforce, APEX, Lightning Aura and Web Components (LWC).

• Experience with DevOps processes, version management, and source control tools.

• Strong familiarity with Salesforce DX, CLI, and Visual Studio Code.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud.

• Knowledge of complex data modeling and advanced programmatic capabilities of the Lightning Platform.

• Salesforce certifications such as:

  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II

  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant

  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant

  • Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant
