Mastercard is seeking a Senior Research Manager (Quantitative) to join its Advisors Research Center (ARC) team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead strategic research projects supporting Mastercard’s consulting engagements and deliver data-driven insights to clients across multiple industries.
The role involves complete project ownership throughout the research lifecycle, including developing research proposals, designing questionnaires, managing data collection and analysis, and presenting impactful reports. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical expertise and an ability to manage both internal stakeholders and external vendors effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage end-to-end quantitative research projects including concept testing, value proposition testing, conjoint/discrete choice modeling, segmentation analysis, TURF, and maxdiff
Deliver actionable insights through storytelling and synthesis of data
Collaborate closely with Mastercard Advisors, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality research delivery
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior researchers and contribute to team development
Manage multiple concurrent research initiatives while ensuring high standards in quality and budget control
Apply statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Q, SAS) to derive insights from survey data
Integrate qualitative research techniques such as focus groups and in-depth interviews when needed
Qualifications:
8+ years of hands-on experience in custom research execution, ideally from a research agency or client-side research team
Demonstrated experience with quantitative methodologies; qualitative experience is a plus
Proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, SAS, Q, or Matlab)
Strong project management, organizational, and presentation skills
Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with project management tools preferred
Must be eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship
