Description:

Euna Solutions, a prominent provider of public sector SaaS solutions, is actively seeking a Senior QA Analyst to join their Oakville, Ontario office in a hybrid capacity. This role is central to maintaining the quality and integrity of their software products, especially within the Amplifund product line, which serves grant management needs across the public sector, nonprofits, and education organizations.

As a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll lead complex testing initiatives, mentor junior QA staff, and drive continuous improvement across quality assurance processes. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership and analytical skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end quality assurance efforts, from test plan development to final release validation.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, accessibility, and automated testing.

• Mentor and oversee QA team members and provide input for performance evaluations.

• Coordinate QA efforts across multiple projects and act as the primary contact for QA matters.

• Enhance testing processes and implement best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

• Create and execute manual and automated test cases and manage defect tracking using tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, or Xray.

• Review design documents and participate in requirement analysis to ensure quality from the ground up.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and customer success teams.

• Stay current with evolving technologies and mentor the QA team accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of experience in QA/testing with a strong grasp of SDLC and Agile methodologies (especially SAFe).

• Deep understanding of testing types and test automation tools such as Mabl and Selenium with Python.

• Experience with CI/CD practices and database/SQL knowledge is an asset.

• Proficiency in defect tracking and documentation tools.

• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and leadership capabilities.

• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Mabl automation platform.

• Database and web application testing expertise.

• 2+ years in leadership or mentoring QA professionals.
