Are you a Senior Python Backend Engineer experienced in building scalable microservices, distributed systems, and high-volume backend applications?
We're looking for a strong backend engineer who can own initiatives end-to-
end, from technical design and API development to production delivery.

💻 Must-Have Skills
✅ 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
✅ Strong Python Backend Development
✅ FastAPI / Flask or similar backend frameworks
✅ Microservices & Distributed Systems
✅ RESTful API Development
✅ Strong SQL / MySQL / RDBMS knowledge
✅ Transactions, Isolation Levels, Locking & Deadlocks
✅ RabbitMQ / Kafka / Message Brokers
✅ Docker & Containerization
✅ GitHub / Git
✅ Linux / Unix
✅ Strong System Design & Technical Design experience

⭐ Nice to Have
• Banking / Financial Services / FinTech experience
• AWS / Azure / GCP
• High-volume transaction processing
• Payroll or Time & Attendance integrations
• Experience building systems with strict performance and SLA requirements

• Design and develop scalable Python backend services and microservices
• Build secure, high-performance distributed systems
• Develop and maintain REST APIs
• Own initiatives from technical design → development → production
• Design solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Participate in architecture and technical discussions
• Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers
