As the organization enters a phase of transformational expansion, it is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager, Technology to lead strategic, high-impact initiatives that affect millions of members nationwide.
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, PMO, Vendor Management and Operations, this role focuses on delivering technical projects that span cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, marketing systems, and contact centre technology. The role provides a unique opportunity to lead national-scale projects, shape solutions, and directly impact member experience and business performance.
Project Leadership: Manage the complete lifecycle of large-scale technology projects—from initiation to delivery—across various focus areas such as SaaS platforms, Azure environments, marketing tools, or cybersecurity systems.
Methodology Application: Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to guide internal and vendor teams through planning, execution, testing, and delivery phases.
Business Case Management: Build and maintain detailed business cases tied to outcomes like member acquisition, operational efficiency, or cost savings. Track financials, validate vendor pricing, and assist in contract negotiations.
Stakeholder Communication: Present regular updates to executive leadership, including C-suite stakeholders. Communicate risks, solutions, and project impact with clarity and confidence.
Solution Ownership: Post-implementation, continue to maintain and optimize systems, monitor ROI, and advocate for updates and improvements.
Project Management Expertise: Proven success in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder tech projects involving cloud, SaaS, IPaaS, or cybersecurity.
Technical Familiarity: Experience with Azure, contact centre systems, SaaS marketing tools, and cloud security solutions.
Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, business cases, and vendor negotiations.
Certifications: PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred (but practical experience is key).
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage and influence across levels—from engineers to executives. Strong in translating technical details into business value.
Analytical & Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, attention to detail, and strategic thinking in a fast-paced environment.
