Agiloft, a global leader in data-first Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software, is seeking an innovative and customer-centric Senior Product Manager – Screens to help lead product development for the Screens.ai product suite. This is a fully remote position that offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of AI-powered enterprise solutions. Agiloft’s award-winning, no-code platform enables organizations worldwide to streamline their contract processes and unlock value from contract data through automation, intelligence, and integration.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the development of intelligent contract review and negotiation solutions using the latest tech stacks and large language models. The role focuses on user-centered design, collaborative innovation, and delivering measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, functionality, and user experience, and thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with UX leaders to extract customer insights through research and design workshops.
Design and champion bold, user-driven solutions for identified pain points.
Partner with engineering teams to define technical solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies.
Maintain and prioritize product backlog, define user stories, and write clear specifications.
Align product features with company goals and customer value through strategic prioritization.
Build deep knowledge of the CLM domain and understand customer personas.
Analyze competitive offerings to refine Agiloft's product positioning and value propositions.
Define success metrics and measure feature performance post-launch.
Represent the product to internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
Co-develop product roadmaps for the Screens platform alongside peer PMs.
Occasionally travel (up to 10%) for workshops, research, or industry events.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in product management OR 2+ years in product management plus 3+ years in UX/UI design.
Proven ability to drive innovation and user-centric design.
Full lifecycle product development experience.
Expertise in customer co-creation and design thinking methodologies.
Strong storytelling and communication skills.
Experience with enterprise B2B SaaS and complex user requirements.
Skilled in Agile, Lean, Kanban, and tools like Jira, Figma, and Azure DevOps.
Experience with multinational, distributed teams.
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
Startup experience, particularly in early-stage environments.
Experience in legaltech, enterprise SaaS, or CLM/ERP/CRM systems.
Strong product design instincts or prior design experience.
Background in generative AI applications.
Familiarity with no-code platform environments.
