As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital tools used by merchandisers and technical users to customize and manage commerce experiences across multiple platforms.

This is a senior individual contributor role focused on driving impactful UX design solutions rather than managing people. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, quality assurance, and customer success, to deliver scalable, thoughtful, and user-centered designs.

Your key responsibilities will include leading UX initiatives that enhance core platform features, developing design deliverables such as user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes, and continuously iterating based on user research and feedback. You will engage directly with customers to understand pain points and uncover new opportunities for design innovation.
