In this role, you will be at the forefront of Sandvik’s strategic growth initiatives, helping clients reduce costs and CO₂ emissions while achieving operational excellence through optimized comminution flowsheets. You will engage directly with senior mine leadership, operational teams, and engineering firms to embed Sandvik solutions early in both greenfield and brownfield projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead transformative initiatives to optimize comminution circuits for major mining companies.

• Collaborate with customers in co-creating eco-efficient rock processing strategies that enable “crushing more – grinding less.”

• Build and strengthen relationships with senior mine leadership, engineering houses, and operations teams across North America.

• Act as a technical and commercial expert, ensuring Sandvik solutions are integrated into early flowsheet designs.

• Drive sustainability initiatives, guiding clients toward decarbonization and improved operational efficiency.

• Represent Sandvik as a trusted industry partner, elevating its presence in comminution and mineral processing solutions.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in mineral processing and comminution optimization.

• Strong commercial track record of selling and delivering mining technology solutions.

• Established relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in North American mining.

• Technical credibility with the ability to communicate effectively at both operational and executive levels.
