Description:
You will plan, develop, implement, manage, and coordinate consumer centric marketing efforts for Co-op’s Food & Liquor business lines. You will develop, strategically plan and execute a strategic media mix including traditional and digital media to support centralized marketing campaigns and programs on behalf of the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) targeted towards the Food and Liquor consumer
- You will develop, coordinate, and manage the annual plan for weekly and seasonal in-store experience strategy and digital strategy on behalf of the CRS.
- You will work closely with strategic business units and local co-ops to ensure the central marketing is meeting their needs, driving business results and is able to be efficiently and effectively executed at the local level.
- You will lead the development, coordination and implementation of various marketing campaigns, programs and projects that are designed to support the business and local co-op strategic initiatives and priorities. While ensuring there is customer engagement and a strong customer connection. Campaigns and programs that you will lead include but are not limited to Table Magazine & Events, Proudly Western Canadian and Store Brands Marketing strategies.
- You will provide leadership and guidance to zones and local co-ops in the execution of central marketing campaigns and program through effective communication, stakeholder engagement and feedback.
- You will effectively communicate and continually review marketing strategies, tools and information for our local co-ops and developing new processes as required.
