Senior Marketing Associate

Description:

CSC Generation, operating Backcountry and other online retail brands, is seeking a motivated and performance-driven Sr. Marketing Associate, Lifecycle & Loyalty to join their team. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across multiple brands. The position reports to the Director of Retention and offers an opportunity to directly influence customer experience, growth metrics, and brand success.

Responsibilities:

• Design and evolve cross-channel lifecycle marketing strategies to increase LTV, repeat purchases, frequency, and customer satisfaction.

• Own end-to-end lifecycle campaign execution, including segmentation, journey logic, dynamic content personalization, QA, deployment, and analysis.

• Lead implementation and optimization of loyalty programs based on customer insights and commercial impact.

• Serve as a CRM expert, staying ahead of trends in CRM technology, deliverability, and operational best practices.

• Monitor platform and campaign health, addressing bounces, complaints, deliverability issues, and data sync errors.

• Take initiative in evolving responsibilities and exploring new ideas for customer engagement and retention.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience in lifecycle marketing, loyalty programs, and CRM platforms.

• Strong analytical, strategic, and execution skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Preference for candidates near Toronto, Ontario.
