Description:
Samsara is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Advisory Program to lead a high-impact organizational transformation initiative aimed at elevating the company’s recruiting function from transactional support to a strategic business partnership. This full-time remote role, open to candidates across Canada, will be instrumental in defining the roadmap, systems, training, and mindset shift necessary to transform recruiters into trusted Talent Advisors.

Design and implement the Talent Advisory transformation roadmap, with measurable milestones and strategic deliverables.
Launch programs and enablement initiatives that build recruiter capabilities in advising, data-driven storytelling, business acumen, and workforce planning.
Embed tools, workflows, and metrics into the recruiting lifecycle to support strategic talent consulting.
Lead change management and internal communications to gain buy-in and drive adoption across teams.
Partner closely with TA leadership, HR partners, and Enablement to define core competencies and success factors for Talent Advisors.
Monitor success via adoption rates, feedback, surveys, and performance analytics, and iterate accordingly.
Build and manage a high-performing, inclusive team, committed to Samsara’s mission and values.

8+ years of experience in recruiting strategy, talent operations, or program management.
3+ years of leadership/people management experience.
Proven experience in driving large-scale organizational transformation.
In-depth knowledge of modern recruitment methodologies and the evolving role of Talent Advisors.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in using data and insights to shape recruiting strategy.
Demonstrated success in designing programs and processes from the ground up.
Background in facilitation, enablement, or training.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive cultural change.
