Picton Mahoney Asset Management, a leading alternative investment firm with $13.6 billion under management, is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to lead their brand transformation and elevate their market presence. This hybrid role based in Toronto offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of one of Canada’s most trusted investment brands.


Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning:

  • Develop and execute a bold, differentiated brand strategy reinforcing Picton Mahoney’s leadership in alternative investing.

  • Drive brand awareness through storytelling, messaging, and creative execution.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Investment teams to align brand positioning.

  • Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.

Integrated Marketing & Content Leadership:

  • Lead integrated brand campaigns targeting retail advisor segments to boost engagement and trust.

  • Oversee creation of branded content such as thought leadership, videos, digital experiences, and activations.

  • Manage digital presence across website, social media, and digital channels for a seamless brand experience.

Sponsorships, Partnerships & Events:

  • Lead and enhance golf sponsorships, industry partnerships, and strategic collaborations to boost brand equity.

  • Collaborate with HR on employer branding and internal “branding from inside out” initiatives.

Analytics & Brand Performance:

  • Set KPIs and measure effectiveness of brand campaigns and sponsorships.

  • Use market research, competitive insights, and advisor sentiment to refine brand strategy continuously.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 7-10 years of brand marketing experience, preferably within financial services or related industries.

  • Proven track record in building and evolving brand identities and storytelling.

  • Strong knowledge of B2B and/or advisor audiences including institutional, advisor, and retail segments.

  • Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns, content strategy, social and digital engagement.

  • Expertise in brand measurement, consumer insights, and campaign analytics.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and senior stakeholder influence skills.

  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.

  • Experience managing creative, PR, and media agencies.

  • Passion for innovation, creativity, and challenging the status quo.
