This strategic leadership role is ideal for an experienced professional with strong expertise in Amazon Ads and a deep understanding of retail media platforms, campaign optimization, and digital commerce performance.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for shaping Profitero’s retail media strategies, driving measurable growth for clients, and ensuring best-in-class execution across multiple retail platforms. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader who excels in mentoring teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering actionable insights that propel brands forward in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of retail search activation strategies across clients, with a primary focus on Amazon Ads and other retail media networks.

• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Search Managers and Specialists, ensuring flawless campaign execution, optimization, and reporting.

• Design and refine keyword, targeting, ad group, and audience strategies to meet client objectives and drive ROI.

• Collaborate closely with the Director, Retail Search to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen performance outcomes.

• Present strategic campaign recommendations, insights, and performance reviews to clients and internal teams.

• Develop holistic retail media strategies that include channel investment planning, media mix modeling, and budget allocations.

• Conduct team training and performance reviews, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.

• Champion data-driven decision-making and implement best practices for retail search optimization.

• Serve as a strategic advisor for clients, offering expertise on omnichannel retail media opportunities and trends.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of retail search experience, focusing on campaign execution, analysis, and optimization.

• Proficiency with Amazon Ads (mandatory) and experience with at least one additional platform such as Walmart, Instacart, Criteo, CitrusAds, or Kroger/PromoteIQ.

• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring teams of media professionals.

• Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to transform data into actionable strategies.

• Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) and experience with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

• Excellent communication and client management skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.

• A passion for the evolving world of retail media, eCommerce, and omnichannel strategy.

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience with Google SEM or programmatic search platforms.

• Background in global CPG or retail brands.

• Agency experience or exposure to high-growth eCommerce environments.
