Drive client growth through renewals, upsells, and strategic expansion opportunities.
Ensure CRM alignment and accurate lead routing.
Maintain productivity, utilization, and contribute to agency KPIs like NSMs (North Star Metrics) and client satisfaction.
Occasionally travel to client locations (approx. once per year).
Required Qualifications:
2+ years in performance or digital marketing agency roles (preferably B2B).
Proven expertise in LinkedIn Ads and other paid social media platforms.
Experience with ad units like CTV, conversation ads, and advanced targeting options.

What Success Looks Like:
Managing five or more high-tier client accounts with a focus on client trust, satisfaction, and performance.
Achieving core KPIs related to growth, renewals, and campaign objectives.
Driving service alignment with client needs through cross-selling and referrals.
Exemplifying the company’s core values in every client and team interaction.
