Administer, keep up to date on new features and releases, and identify opportunities for better automation or features on a wide variety of SaaS applications (OKTA, g-suite, slack, JIRA etc.).
Seize opportunities across the IT Operations & Services teams to eliminate manual work through tooling, integrations, and automation.
Analyze, suggest, and make improvements to existing processes, as well as implement business processes where none exist.
Work closely with our business analysts to identify and implement process improvement opportunities via automation.
Partner and collaborate with all business units to help evaluate hardware and software solutions.
Design, architect, implement, and maintain systems and solutions for various IT-related topics; including but not limited to staff computer hardware, operating systems, software applications, networking, video conferencing, etc.
