As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service, managing complex insurance cases, and supporting the development of junior team members. You will engage directly with clients, assess their needs, and provide tailored insurance solutions while helping to grow Westland’s presence within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on various insurance products, providing expert guidance tailored to individual and business needs.

• Manage and oversee complex insurance cases requiring in-depth analysis and advanced underwriting knowledge.

• Build, nurture, and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring superior service and satisfaction.

• Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing expertise to help develop their skills and professional growth.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets through strong communication, product knowledge, and relationship management.

• Identify and recommend solutions to client challenges while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

• Act as a trusted advisor, supporting clients in understanding policy details and ensuring appropriate coverage.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in advisory or brokerage roles.

• Level 2 Insurance Broker License required; working towards CAIB or CIP certification (financial assistance provided).

• Proven track record of achieving sales and service goals.

• Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
