TRM Labs, a global blockchain intelligence company, is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join its expanding marketing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that directly fuel pipeline and revenue growth. This position requires a marketing leader with proven expertise in scaling B2B SaaS demand generation programs, aligning closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure measurable revenue outcomes.

As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading full-funnel campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple geographies and customer segments. The role requires driving measurable impact, building collaborative partnerships with Sales, and tailoring campaigns to enterprise, mid-market, and compliance-driven buyers in highly regulated industries. You will develop and execute programs that generate over $10M in qualified pipeline, ensuring high-intent conversion and accelerated deal velocity.

You will also take ownership of attribution and performance metrics, working closely with Marketing Operations and RevOps to track campaign impact, refine strategies, and maximize ROI. This role is well-suited for a highly analytical, results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can balance both strategy and execution at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of global demand generation campaigns.

  • Build and execute scalable campaign strategies across enterprise, mid-market, and regional audiences.

  • Partner closely with Sales to design co-owned plays that drive pipeline growth and win rates.

  • Execute localized and global campaigns tailored to compliance-focused buyer journeys.

  • Drive measurable revenue outcomes through demand programs that create high-intent leads.

  • Collaborate with RevOps and Marketing Ops to attribute campaign impact and optimize ROI.

  • Continuously test, refine, and scale campaigns based on performance data and revenue contribution.

  • Maintain strong project management discipline to deliver high-quality campaigns at speed.

Qualifications:

  • 6–10 years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS marketing, specializing in demand generation and growth.

  • Demonstrated success in building revenue-driven campaigns in partnership with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps.

  • Experience marketing to compliance-driven or technical buyers, ideally within regulated industries.

  • Expertise in global campaign execution and cross-regional pipeline development.

  • Strong knowledge of pipeline attribution, campaign performance metrics, and MarTech tools.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

  • Proven ability to influence GTM teams through data-driven insights and measurable outcomes.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-velocity environments with evolving priorities.
