Senior Geotechnical Driller

Description:

Core Drilling Corp. is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Driller to operate its Geotechnical and Coring drill units. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in geotechnical drilling techniques and be proficient in various drilling methods.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Operate and maintain Geotechnical and Coring drill units
✔️ Perform SPT, hollow-stem, solid stem, ODEX, and HQ coring drilling methods
✔️ Work with Mobile, CME, or Diedrich geotechnical drills
✔️ Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations
✔️ Conduct field operations with minimal supervision
✔️ Maintain drilling equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues

Qualifications & Requirements:

📌 Minimum 5 years of experience in Geotechnical and Coring Drilling
📌 Strong mechanical background and experience with geotechnical drill rigs
📌 Proficiency in SPT, hollow-stem, solid stem, ODEX, and HQ coring methods
📌 Experience with Mobile, CME, or Diedrich drill rigs

Prequalification Requirements:

✔️ Class 1 with Air Brakes license
✔️ H2S Alive certification
✔️ First Aid certification
✔️ Ground Disturbance Level II certification
✔️ CSTS or PST certification
✔️ Ability to work in field conditions

Only candidates with direct geotechnical industry experience will be considered.
