RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must be a strong team player who will develop team relations that foster both learning and improvement
• Document development process and provide coaching to all new team members
• Experiment and integrate processes and tools that encourage continuous improvement
• Assist in building technical documentation (Case Studies, Best Practices, Process & Procedures)
• Practices and advises on problem-solving in scripting, performance, and optimization of projects.
• Creates and monitors the set of policies that establish standard coding practices, deployment frameworks, tools, and methodology.
• Proven aptitude for quick technical thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle diverse demands
