Senior / Expert Archer Developer
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid -4 days onsite/week)

Job Summary
- Client’s Archer Platform Technology team is seeking a Senior/Expert Archer Developer to lead the design, development, enhancement, and integration of the Archer GRC platform across enterprise business units.
- The developer will work closely with risk, compliance, cybersecurity, and technology teams to deliver scalable GRC solutions, custom workflows, integrations, and automation enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience
Must‑Haves
- 5+ years of RSA Archer development/configuration experience.
- Hands‑on experience with Archer 6.x (6.8+ preferred).
- Experience with Advanced Workflows, Data Feeds, DDEs, APIs, Notifications, Reports, Dashboards.
- Hands‑on experience with GRC projects: Regulatory Compliance, Operational Risk, IT Risk, Supplier Risk.
- Strong JavaScript and SQL skills.
- Experience integrating Archer with ServiceNow or other enterprise tools.
- SDLC and Agile experience.
Nice‑To‑Have
- Experience with Tableau, Python, C#, .NET, XSLT.
- Experience at a large financial, banking, or regulated enterprise. (All RBC postings confirm enterprise scale.)
- Experience supporting risk & compliance frameworks.
