Description:
Themesoft Inc. is actively seeking a Sr. Environmental Manager to join their team in Toronto, ON. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in DevOps environments, Unix systems, and Swift migration projects, particularly in the context of payment systems. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in system configuration, automation, and ensuring compliance with Swift standards including ISO 20022.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the stability and proper configuration of Linux-based systems and DevOps tools.
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment processes.
Monitor system performance and promptly troubleshoot any issues.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure a seamless development-to-deployment workflow.
Apply best practices in system hardening and configuration management for secure data handling.
Lead technical teams, promote collaboration, and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Manage and lead system and application migration projects to Swift messaging standards such as ISO 20022.
Identify areas in existing systems that require optimization or updates to meet Swift standards.
Develop migration strategies and implement comprehensive testing and validation procedures.
Provide subject-matter expertise on Swift protocols including MT and MX.
Create thorough documentation of configurations, migration procedures, and best practices.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Senior Environment Manager with a strong background in payment systems
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Swift migration, including ISO 20022
Proficiency in DevOps tools and Unix/Linux environments
