Waaiam Inc. is seeking two senior consultants to design and implement a complex inspection solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and Azure. The solution involves offline inspection capability, checklist management, API development, and bilingual reporting.
You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and integrating components within the Microsoft cloud stack and ensuring the solution is accessible (AODA/WCAG 2.1), secure, and compliant with industry standards.
👤 We are hiring for the following roles:1. Senior Dynamics 365 Field Service Developer
Responsibilities:
- Configure and develop inspection workflows in Dynamics 365 Field Service
- Build role-based dashboards, bilingual PDF reports, and checklist logic
- Enable offline inspection features and checklist multi-versioning
- Collaborate on UX prototypes, journey mapping, and design iterations
- Ensure alignment with accessibility (WCAG 2.1), security, and user experience standards
Skills Required:
- 7+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service experience
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Field Service Mobile
- Experience with team-based inspections, dynamic checklists, and case management
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (AODA/WCAG 2.1)
2. Senior Azure Developer / Integration Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable APIs and system integrations using Azure
- Build services using Azure API Management, Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault
- Develop secure inspection data flows, batch processing, and system syncs
- Configure Dev, QA, UAT, and PROD cloud environments with CI/CD pipelines
- Address security, performance, and privacy requirements
Skills Required:
- 7+ years of Azure cloud development and integration experience
- Strong skills in Azure DevOps, API Management, Power Platform integration
- Experience integrating with Dynamics 365 systems and secure data exchange
- Familiarity with threat risk assessments (TRA), privacy impact assessments (PIA)
📑 Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with public sector or highly regulated environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proven ability to work independently on deliverable-based projects
- Bilingual (English/French) a plus
