Description:

Internova Travel Group is seeking a Senior Developer – UNIT4 / Agresso Systems to join its technology division responsible for maintaining, customizing, and supporting the Unit4/Agresso ERP platform. This is a strategic role ensuring 24/7 application availability in support of mission-critical financial and business operations. The successful candidate will bring expertise in ERP software engineering and a robust background in ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, and enterprise application support.

This position offers a unique opportunity to participate in the evolution of Internova’s business and financial systems while supporting integrations and implementing new features. The role requires a technically adept and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement enhancements in Unit4/Agresso, utilizing tools like SSRS, SSMS, and Visual Studio

• Configure and customize Agresso Central Command Module and other functional areas

• Provide application support to users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve data/system inconsistencies per SLA

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue resolution and status updates

• Work with Agresso support to manage patches, upgrades, and system troubleshooting

• Lead and manage end-to-end projects, from requirement gathering to deployment

• Perform installations, maintenance, and performance tuning of the Unit4/Agresso application

• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams, administrators, and business units

• Document software processes including coding, testing, debugging, and enhancements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Agresso/Unit4 ERP

• Proficient in web development: ASP.NET, C#, MVC, WCF/Web Services (SOAP/REST)

• Strong expertise in SQL Server 2008/2012, including stored procedures and scripting

• Experience with Microsoft .NET Frameworks (2.0–4.0)

• Solid knowledge and application of OOP concepts

• Familiarity with Central Command Travel Module within Agresso (required)

• Experience working within the travel industry is preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Willingness to travel occasionally for business and project-related meetings
