Key Requirements:
• 10+ years in Data & Analytics
• 5+ years hands-on Databricks Architecture
• End-to-end Databricks implementation experience
• Strong Databricks Data Engineering, ETL & pipeline development
• Strong AWS experience with S3, Redshift & Lake Formation
• Excellent Apache Spark / PySpark skills
• Data Lake, Data Warehouse & Lakehouse architecture
• Unity Catalog & Delta Lake
• Data Modeling, Governance, Metadata & Data Quality
• Exposure to Mosaic AI, Databricks Genie & Agent Bricks
• AI/GenAI & Data Modernization experience preferred
• Strong communication & stakeholder management
• AWS Solutions Architect Certification preferred
