About the Department

The Canada and UK Marketing Team drives key strategic initiatives to enhance business growth across both markets. This collaborative group works closely with local and global teams to craft impactful, localized content. Key Responsibilities

Core Content Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for both Canadian and UK markets.

  • Create engaging content across multiple formats including blogs, videos, infographics, and articles.

  • Align content production with organizational goals and marketing campaigns.

  • Design effective distribution plans across paid and owned channels.

  • Ensure all content complies with local and regulatory standards.

  • Curate, adapt, and localize global materials for regional audiences.

  • Oversee content translation, routing, and production processes.

Strategic & Analytical Responsibilities

  • Manage production timelines and oversee compliance review cycles.

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of ongoing content across all marketing touchpoints.

  • Identify and leverage collaboration opportunities with global marketing teams.

  • Represent UK and Canadian content interests in editorial planning meetings.

  • Monitor, measure, and report on content performance metrics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to create compelling email campaigns, marketing brochures, and executive communications.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or MBA preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in asset management communications.

  • Financial Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and asset management.

  • Regional Expertise: Familiarity with Canadian or UK financial sectors.


Technical & Language Skills

  • Exceptional writing and editing capabilities.

  • Skilled in visual storytelling through video and infographic creation.

  • Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and translation.

  • Knowledge of client journey mapping and content analytics.

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French considered an asset.


Soft Skills

  • Strong project management and collaboration skills.

  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

  • Creative mindset with a strategic and analytical approach to content.


Work Schedule & Environment

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid – minimum of three days per week in the Toronto office.

  • Work Type: Full-time permanent position.
