Description:
The Global Ethics team is seeking an experienced project manager and learning specialist contractor to support the design, delivery and management of a variety of Global Ethics learning and communication programs and initiatives that help us execute our strategy and build a culture of integrity across Deloitte.
In this role you will:
- Project manage complex project to build positive, collaborative partnerships among stakeholders, SMEs and peers including the following activities:
- Prepare and drive project plans
- Launch and coordinate working groups with representatives from across the globe
- Contract with vendors and manage these external relationships
- Coordinate stakeholder reviews
- Coordinate product testing and launch of learnings on internal learning platform
- Coordinate and support the development of reporting and presentations
- Assist with project management office, including: oversight of project status, ensuring project milestones are met, capture program reporting, budgeting, and monitoring to keep projects on schedule
- Support a broad array of activities that may include planning/organizing stakeholder calls, webinars, meetings, etc.
Support other projects such as:
- Day-to-day execution on the design, build, implementation and continuous improvement of innovative learning and communication solutions
- Provide adult learning and instructional design expertise to identify, research and solution embedding ethics and integrity across the talent and learning lifecycle
- Conduct needs analyses to identify and recommend solutions to complex learning problems
