Description:

Service Now, a global market leader in cloud-based platforms and AI-powered business solutions, is seeking a Senior Technical Accelerator Consultant to join its Impact product team in Montreal. ServiceNow Impact personalizes digital transformation journeys for customers on the Now Platform, helping accelerate time-to-value and maximize ROI.

In this role, you will serve as a ServiceNow subject matter expert, delivering technical accelerator offerings to large enterprise clients, ensuring adoption and successful implementation of purchased solutions. You will be responsible for delivering best practices, mentoring junior team members, and guiding customers on ServiceNow capabilities to support their digital transformation goals. This position provides a unique opportunity to shape client engagements while also contributing to the development of new accelerator offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical accelerator offerings to large enterprise customers remotely.

  • Prepare technology-related deliverables for clients and internal teams.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities, develop best practices, and mentor junior team members.

  • Collaborate in developing new technical accelerator portfolio offerings.

  • Scope effort, address customer requirements, and resolve escalations.

  • Demonstrate ServiceNow products tailored to customer needs.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.

  • Lead and coach peers while providing thought leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum 5 years in ITOM or ITAM consulting with proven ServiceNow implementations.

  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM modules.

  • Additional exposure to ITSM, SPM, IRM, EA, SOW, PA, HRSD, and platform capabilities preferred.

  • Certifications required: ServiceNow CIS – ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) or CIS – ITAM (HAM/SAM). Candidates must also hold CSA (Certified System Administrator) or CAD (Certified Application Developer).

  • Experience with Agile methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to deliver innovative solutions.

  • US Citizenship or Green Card required (due to export control regulations).
