Senior Consultant

Description:

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant to join their HR Transformation Strategy team in Montréal. This role is crucial in supporting clients through HR transformation initiatives, leveraging innovative strategies and technologies to facilitate organizational change and enhance HR service delivery. The consultant will help design and implement HR strategies that improve organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of HR transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering high-quality results

• Develop and implement HR strategies that enhance organizational efficiency, employee experience, and business performance

• Collaborate with clients to assess current HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and design future HR operating models

• Use data analytics and insights to guide HR strategy and decision-making

• Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

• Contribute to project deliverables including reports, presentations, and client communications

• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for HR transformation initiatives

• Participate in business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

• 3-5 years of experience in HR consulting or HR transformation

• Experience in supporting HR transformation projects

• Strong understanding of HR processes, technologies, and best practices

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple priorities

• Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are an asset

• In-depth knowledge of HR technologies and interest in AI applications within HR is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $72,000 to $138,000
